Laugh every chance you get.

I love to laugh. During treatment I looked for books, movies, and especially people that made me laugh. It made a difference. I felt better after laughing. I felt stronger. I felt more hopeful.

I have been accused of marrying Scott because he makes me laugh. I don’t see anything wrong with that!  After 26 some odd years, he still makes me laugh…a lot.

The Cancer Center Treatments of America even offer laughter therapy to their patients. I found an article on their site explaining what that looks like at their facilities.

So…laugh and laugh a lot. It will make a difference. It did for me.

God bless!
